Account Registration

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4.4 Currency

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the qg333 sportsbook are subject to these general Terms as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the relevant betting market page. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence for that particular market.

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation notification from the Platform. qg333 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error, data feed error, or pricing error, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.

5.2 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits vary by sport, market type, and account tier. Current maximum payout information is displayed in the relevant betting market. qg333 will honour confirmed bets up to the applicable maximum payout limit for that market, even where a pricing error has occurred, provided the limit has not been exceeded.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

5.4 Match Integrity

Any player found to be engaged in, or associated with, match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in connection with sporting events on which bets have been placed through qg333 will have their account permanently closed, all winnings voided, and the matter referred to the relevant sports governing body and authorities where applicable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qg333 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending transactions cancelled, and any winnings voided:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (including accounts held in another person's name)

Limitation of Liability

qg333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your qg333 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qg333 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any product or feature at any time with or without notice.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your qg333 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied or the bonus balance forfeited. Verified account balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method upon closure, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by qg333

qg333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) fraudulent activity has been detected; (c) the player is found to be ineligible under Section 2; (d) the account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months; or (e) required under applicable law or regulatory guidance. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, qg333 is not obligated to return any balance held in the account.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months without any login activity. qg333 may apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to inactive account balances after providing written notice to your registered email address. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate an inactive account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the qg333 Platform or your account, you should first contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a full response within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).

If you are unsatisfied with our initial response, you may escalate the matter by requesting a review by a senior member of our compliance team. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to qg333's operating jurisdiction. Amendments
